BOOKING CONDITIONS
No performance is guaranteed. In the event of bad weather a decision to cancel a performance would not normally be made until the time the performance is due to start. We are happy to report that this has occurred less than 10 times in the past 45 years. The possibility of delaying the start or pausing a production will always be explored.

All tickets are non-refundable, but tickets can be exchanged up to 5 days before the performance. There is a £5 administration fee and the original tickets must be returned to the Theatre Box Office with a covering email or letter.
